Beginner Barista Class

Looking to begin your coffee making journey? This workshop is recommended for all skill levels and is the fundamental building block for all of our barista classes.

After an introduction to your equipment and current trends, you'll be taken through all of the barista fundamentals you need to make quality coffee every time!

Class outline:

• Introduce you to the commercial coffee machine and grinder
• Use the latest Barista trends
• Espresso shots
• Milk steaming, splitting and pouring for all the beverages regularly found on a coffee menu
• History of coffee
• Cleaning, caring and maintaining a coffee machine
• Milk free pour technique
• Understand milk layering
• Unlimited coffee and milk to practice

At the end of this class, you'll receive a barista certificate of attendance.
